The event starts at 9AM. You may arrive at 7AM to set up on that day, or during the evening before (final time availability will be notified).

Each booth is allowed two (2) attendees, which includes (2) food & beverage tickets for lunch and two (2) admission tickets to the networking hour. Each booth is approximately 10ft wide with an 8ft wide table and 8ft tall black drape backdrop.

We are limited to 50 booths.

​Booth locations will be placed at the discretion of the Organizers.​

Potential future employees and job seekers will be in attendance, so please note on your booth if you are *not* accepting resumes​
